BMapper was written by Dale Kramer.

Dale is a very active contest pilot having flown in the last two World Championships.  He has achieved his 3 diamonds, a 1000 km diploma, numerous New York state and Canadian soaring records.

In 2002, Dale became the first soaring pilot to fly a 750 km FAI triangle from NY state.  Dale attributes this, in part to Dr. Jacks excellent Blipmap soaring forecasts.
